Job Type: Full-Time | W-2
Salary Range: $75,000 – $95,000+ annually depending on experience and route
Experience Level: CDL-A with 6+ months of driving experience (Recent grads welcome for select routes)

Home Time: Weekly or bi-weekly options available
Sign-On Bonus: Up to $5,000 depending on location and experience

Job Responsibilities

As a CDL Class A Truck Driver, you’ll be expected to:

  • Operate tractor-trailer combination vehicles across assigned regional or OTR routes

  • Safely transport freight between terminals, warehouses, and distribution centers

  • Comply with all DOT and FMCSA safety regulations and company policies

  • Perform pre- and post-trip inspections and report vehicle defects

  • Manage ELD entries, BOLs (bills of lading), and paperwork accurately

  • Communicate with dispatch and customer representatives professionally


Minimum Requirements

We’re looking for responsible, motivated drivers who meet the following:

  • Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL-A)

  • At least 6 months of verifiable driving experience (Some routes accept recent grads)

  • No major DOT violations or accidents in the past 12 months

  • Must be able to pass a DOT physical and drug screen

  • Must be able to operate an ELD-compliant truck

  • Must be 21 years of age or older


Route Options

We have multiple driving options available based on your location, experience, and preference:

Regional Routes

  • Stay within 5–8 states

  • Home weekly guaranteed

  • Average 2,500 – 3,000 miles/week

OTR Routes

  • Travel coast to coast or East-West lanes

  • Home every 2–3 weeks (with 4+ days off)

  • Average 3,000 – 3,500 miles/week

Dedicated Lanes

  • Run the same route or customer daily/weekly

  • More predictable schedules

  • Often home multiple times per week
