This is a high-responsibility role suitable for experienced operations professionals in public health, development, or nonprofit management.
π§Ύ Key Duties

Oversee contract lifecycle management, including compliance with grant/donor guidelines

Coordinate procurement processes, vendor selection, and subcontracting

Support budgeting, financial tracking, and invoicing for major health programs

Work cross-functionally with finance, HR, and program teams to ensure streamlined project delivery

Monitor risk, resolve audit issues, and implement policy improvements

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Public Health, or a related field

Minimum 5 yearsβ experience in contract and operations management within nonprofit or government programs

Strong knowledge of federal contracting regulations (esp. USAID, CDC, NIH)

Proficient in budget oversight, risk management, and vendor coordination

Strong communication and organizational skills

Experience with Salesforce, SAP, or contract management software is a plus
