🔍 About the Role:
Google is hiring a Program Manager for Global Engagement to support global partnerships and initiatives focused on equity, diversity, and inclusion. The selected candidate will drive engagement strategies, collaborate with internal teams, and manage cross-functional programs that align with Google’s inclusive mission.
💼 Responsibilities:

Develop and implement global engagement strategies with internal and external stakeholders.

Manage large-scale projects across multiple regions and time zones.

Track and report key performance metrics and outcomes.

Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Policy teams to ensure alignment.

Represent Google in key diversity-focused global events and forums.
✅ Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.

5+ years of experience in project or program management.

Experience working on global initiatives and in cross-cultural settings.

Strong analytical and communication skills.

Experience in diversity, equity, and inclusion work is highly desirable.
