👤 Eligibility Criteria

A Bachelor’s Degree in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field

At least 3–5 years of professional procurement/logistics experience (preferably in NGO or international organization settings)

Knowledge of procurement procedures, sourcing, vendor negotiation, and contract management
-
Fluency in English (spoken and written); Hausa and Kanuri are added advantages
-
Proficient in MS Office and ERP systems (SAP, JD Edwards, or similar tools)

Must be able to travel occasionally to field locations

Handle the procurement of goods and services according to ICRC procedures

Negotiate and monitor supplier contracts and vendor performance

Manage local purchase orders and ensure timely delivery

Maintain accurate procurement records, databases, and reports

Liaise with internal departments and suppliers to meet operational needs

Ensure compliance with organizational and donor procurement standards
